    Trust in organizations hit an all-time high in 2022. Through listening, collaboration and empathy, much of the world came together in the face of crisis. Companies invested in purpose and people throughout the pandemic period, taking actions to serve the greater good that resonated with employees. Now that trust is wavering. Employees’ trust in their company, though still strong, has declined significantly over the last couple of years. Today, 69% believe their employers will do the right thing for society, down from 78% during the pandemic. Trust that employers will do the right thing for employees also fell, from 80% to 69%. HR leaders see it too — 45% rate their organizational culture as low trust.     La confiance au sein des organisations a atteint un niveau record en 2022. Grâce à l'écoute, à la collaboration et à l'empathie, une grande partie du monde s'est unie face à la crise. Les entreprises ont investi dans un objectif et dans les personnes tout au long de la période de la pandémie, prenant des mesures pour servir le bien commun qui ont résonné auprès des employés. Maintenant, la confiance vacille.La confiance des employés envers leur entreprise, bien qu'elle soit encore solide, a considérablement diminué au cours des dernières années. Aujourd'hui, 69% des employés croient que leur employeur fera ce qui est juste pour la société, contre 78% pendant la pandémie. La confiance envers les employeurs pour faire ce qui est juste pour les employés a également diminué, passant de 80% à 69%.
