As a straight A student in BS MIS, online, I was told in writing, upon applying that all courses in my degree could be taken online. So, I successfully completed all courses as a straight A student, but was told my final semester they couldn't find a professor to teach JAVA who could "receive code in a secure manner" online. When I attempted to register for the course at another NDUS college, MiSU blocked me, saying it violated residency. MiSU has a 30 to 40% grad rate for decades; it's clear they failed to admin. provide courses for students.
Technology changes too quickly for me to have transferred elsewhere.
If I had been working in Bismarck FT, instead of attending MiSU, I'd have an extra $200,000. Now, I have no degree, or IT career, +paid $40,000 to MiSU for college.
MiSU should be made accountable to students curriculum. MiSU even bullied Atty. Don Hager (now a Judge).
In short, spend your money & career elsewhere. MiSU won't do their job administratively per contract.

Love how Minot fails to inform their students crucial information regarding their major/classes. Met with my advisor last semester just to find out that Minot just got RID of my major, the main reason why I went to Minot was because they had my major, just for them to remove it without MY knowledge. The food also sucks, professors are alright depending on the class, housing was extremely mediocre. My suggestion is to not come here unless you absolutely have to for whatever reason.

Everything has been awesome, the atmosphere, people, food, professors are all great. The nursing program is very good and the way it is played out contributes to my learning.
